The birth of a baby brother would normally be a joyous occasion for a toddler – a playmate to grow up with and join in a kick about.
But for little Oscar Fradgley tragically born with no hands or feet, the arrival of brother Max seven months ago severed to bring home the fact he was different to other children. Now his parents Lisa and Chris are launching a campaign to raise £100,000 to help Oscar – the only child in the country to be born without hands and feet – make the most of his life.

Donations are being made all the time to help Oscar's fund, with a string of events, gigs and individual fundraising.
Most recently Chris and Lisa Fradgley received £5,000 from Kingswinford Snooker Club to help towards their £100,000 target.
Oscar's parents set up a fund for their son's future after he was born were no hands or feet.
The three-year-old suffers with a rare incurable disease which means he has a short tongue and limbs and suffers from heart disease including facial palsy.

Chris Westwood, who decided to start a charity when he retired, was touched when he read about young Oscar Fradgley and wanted to help his parents, who are fundraising for their son's future.
The Chris Westwood Charity for Children with Physical Disabilities was set up in November 2003 and is aimed at trying to help do small things for children with problems.
Chris said: "After I read an article in the Stourbridge News about Oscar I thought it was an ideal and suitable opportunity to help someone again."

The sad answer is no and Oscar is aware he will never be able to lead a normal life. Now his parents, Lisa and Chris, are launching a campaign to raise pounds 100,000 to help Oscar - the only child in the country to be born without hands or feet - make the most of his life.
